YoYo Fitness Test 2012

We are currently completing lots of different fitness tests this term to find out where our strengths are and areas that we need to work on to increase our fitness levels. So far we have completed the 12 Minute Run, the Stork Stand, Alternate Hand Catch, Plank/Bridge, Sit Ups, Illinois Agility Run, Beep Test, YoYo Intermittent Recovery Test, and Wall Squat. We still need to complete the 40m Sprint and the Standing Broad Jump. It has been awesome to see what we are capable of!
